Top 10 greatest songs of all time!
|
|
|
I'm working on a list
so far in no particular order
Beatles - a day in the life
Aerosmith - dream on
Notorious big - juicy
hadaway - what is love
rick astley - never gonna give you up
I know it's a ridiculous list to make because of people varying music tastes but I need some suggestions, if you can back them up with a reason that would be much appreciated.
Peace

I think his point of including early jazz and classical songs in the list is a valid one.

I think I was more or less pointing out how ridiculous it was to say "all time"
Pretty sure "Happy Birthday" should go on that list. Oh and "This Old Man" you know... "Knick Knack Patty Wack, give a dog a bone..."
99 Bottles of Beer
Bee Eye N Gee Oh... Bee Eye N Gee Oh...
Three Blind Mice.
I could do this all day.

This question is way too hard to answer. So, I composed my own list of albums that I listened too the most throughout my life. Not necessarily the best songs per say, but tapes and CD's that rarley left their players.
1. Guns N' Roses - Appetite for Destruction
2. Metallica - The Black Album
3. Tool - Undertow
4. Deftones - Adrenaline
5. Nine Inch Nails - Pretty Hate Machine
6. Tool - Ænima
7. Pearl Jam - Versus
8. Sublime - 40 oz. to Freedom
9 Radio Head - Amnesiac
10. Tool - Lateralus
"What do you want for Christmas?"
"Fraggle Stick Car."
"What the fuck is a Fraggle Stick Car? Next!"

Weezer- Only In Dreams
Beach Boys- God Only Knows
Faith No More- Ashes to Ashes
Have to post a vid for FNM, such a great band... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CPh8yGUnWog&feature=related

Micfri, you're a strange dude man. I think like you have something in your head that tells you that you need to spread information. Not to spread it in a funny way, or an interesting way, just spread it. Because it's in your mind and you need to get it out and if you don't it probably bothers you until you do.
I'd say it's almost compulsive. Like you're completely normal, but you have this one thing about you that is off kilter. You ever see any psychologists or anything?

Kevin J Baird wrote

What is normal? Are we not all a little crazy...MAD if you will? Or is being MAD normal? And all of the people who are stick in the muds...are they the abnormal ones? To define normal; conforming to the standard or the common type; usual; not abnormal; regular; natural. So if the standard type is crazy ...then crazy would be normal.
