I'm listening back to some of the 2005 VGN episodes and Kevin posed the question "Whenever you goto gamestop/eb you'll find the used racks filled with old sports titles. Does anyone actually buy old sports games?"

I recently bought an older copy of fifa 08 soccer for the psp. the reason i got it was there isnt' much difference between it and fifa 09. another fact that is frequently brought up on the show.

its got toronto fc in there so i'm happy and it was $10 for a used copy.

does anyone else buy any type of game like this?

the only outdated sports games i would buy, would either be tiger woods games or fight night round 3

Not professional sports games anyway.  If it was Streetsports or something, I might.

But then I don't tend to buy Sports titles anyway.  Although I did buy NHL this year because it is great.
