  Basically it's a guy with no social skills who can't organize other players to be a cohesive unit, so he creates his own virtual assistants to do everything himself.  Probably has some scripting going on to keep it all working.

Whatever, I suppose it helps Blizzard's bottom line so they can hire more programmers.

I think it's more similar to a musician who wants to do his own stuff and doesnt find or consider other musicians competant enough or interested. Still thats music. There's still some artistic goal and endpoint. This is just insane.
