Tribute Show 3 update

Hey there. First I just wanted to say sorry to all of you who have been waiting on the tribute show. I got a bit busy with school this semester and the show sorta fell on the backburner. I'm going to start work on it again her shortly. My goal is to have it done in the next two weeks. Thanks for being patient with me.

I think there's more content now so you should be pretty good with enough stuff to add.  Just be sure the North Korea DMZ bit is on there, that's all I care about.  I think everyone looks forward to your work Jedi, so I'm sure folks are anxious to get a hold of it.  The last ones have all been really good and well put together.

Thanks Kevin :) Yeah I have a pretty solid amount of stuff already compiled. There's a couple clips I'll add from some of the more recent episodes but all I really have left to do is piece it together. There's also a big compilation that I want to do and that's the part that I'm dreading cause it's going to be a headache. But I promise folks I'll try and make it live up to at least the last two standards.

Re: Tribute Show 3 update

I loved this tribute show!  I have not heard the others, but when I get around to it I'll look for them.  The Medispective (VGN) show is great and entertaining.  I used to listen to other video game podcasts, but they got very boring, so now I only waste my time with VGN.

I am thankful for the time you put into the Tribute #3 Show.  I was laughing my ass off the whole time, especially my past favorite about the "girl-game" teaching little girls how to "serve" wife-beater-wearing husband.

I've been trying to find you through Twitter (http://twitter.com/marioferguson), but I'm guessing you don't have an account.  Again, I am gratefull for the work and effort you put into this Tribute show.  Thanks!!

Hey thanks a lot for the kind words man :) I'm glad you enjoyed it. If you liked this one you'll probably like the others as well. They should be labeled in the archives or I'm sure Kevin can direct you to them if you can't find them.

It's good to know that new people are getting a chance to hear the show. I'm just happy to be a part of it. Again thanks for the encouragement. It's what keeps me motivated to make them.

Re: Tribute Show 3 update

The second and third are at the base of the RSS feed.  Depending on your Podcast settings, if you can see all the episodes listed, (I think there are less than ten now in the RSS listing) you can see the Greatest Hits 2 and Greatest Hits 3 at the bottom.

I didn't include GH1 there, because it's not as easy to listen to.  While still funny, it takes awhile to reach the apex where Don is doing the web cam bit.  And my thought process here is that a new listener might check them out in-order and if they start with that one, they might tune-out before it gets good.  Where with the second one, Jedi's production values got better so the material is easier to understand what is happening.

Anyway, all three are on the DVD collection.  Including everything else made in the past 4 years.  And some stuff is available in the Podcasts section.  And I'm sure folks here can give you individual episodes if they have them.

Peace
K

Well actually I think the press release might be from the company that amde the chair, but its being released in america and the sega of america president made some comments about it already

Kevin J Baird At:10:35 PM

We do, but I didn't see this press release. It might be from the Japanese office, and we only get the American releases here.

NutMan At:9:39 PM

I meant to type "Do you get press releases from sega"

NutMan At:9:39 PM

did you get press releases from sega kevin? they sent out one just now that would be perfect for medispective to talk about. it mentions how now kids can sit on sonic(via a sonic game chair) for a "full body sensory experience"

Kevin J Baird At:7:43 PM

Yea, well the Gunds who own San Jose are Cleveland legends. We use to call the Quicken Loans Arena the Gund arena. They did make it impossible to ever get an NHL team here though.
