This one has a huge Wikipedia, so it's best you just go there to find out more information about it if you don't know already.
My favorite console of all time.
-ChronoTrigger, FF6, Super Mario World, Link to the Past, Super Metroid....to mention a few.
It's the only old console I still have hooked up to my tv and play on a regular basis.
Yeah the snes is my favorite console. There's just so many great games.
I only got a SNES like about a year or two ago. I find it fun to play and wonder why it took me so long to play one.
I have one in the box, so when i get a chance ill add pictures to this thread...
Do you have any of the other SKUs of the snes?
There's really only one other version of the snes. The smaller slimmed down one. Unless you count the PAL/Japanese versions.
This lady who was my neighbor gave me a Super Nintendo years ago when she moved away. It had Donkey Kong Country and Yoshi's Island. I had so much fun with it. Then one day she visited and took it back and my family gave it back to her. I was out at the time.
MicFri: According to my own personal collecting rules, I don't try and get every SKU of a console. If I happen upon a great deal for an SKU that I don't have, I'll get it and add it to the collection, but my unending goal is to just get one of each console.
Same here. It had a ton of great games for it.

Dammit, I was gonna make a joke about overloading in my pants. Too late.
bigdog21 At:11:10 PM
I was kidding; I don't even know what overloaded means. I just overloaded my pantaloons though, I think.

some of the older shows are in 24k. Later on with the wasteland warriors you had 120k or something but I dunno if you put those on the dvds.

I'm feeling pretty overloaded myself. :P

Ok, I didn't reprocess the audio on the DVD discs, so I dunno what you're talking about. Yea olden audio was crappy, that much is for sure.
bigdog21 At:6:58 PM
The sound quality on the DVDs seem a little overloaded.

It wasn't overloading the connection, the volume was too high for the encoder so it encoded shitty. Turn down the volume so it's not in the red, and then it works fine. You can't overload a digital connection, that doesn't make any sense.
