GTAIV DLC and Chinatown wars delayed?

You might be waiting for the one year anniversary of GTAIV's release date before you can get your hands on the episodic DLC. Previously promised to be out before 2009, GTAIV's DLC may be slipping into next year after all. Take-Two's CEO Strauss Zelnick in a presentation at the BMO Capital Markets Conference in New York City today mentioned that the release may end up slipping to Spring 2009.

“It’s close to being complete. That said, it may move into the second quarter. Downloadable content is a big undertaking. It is important to be really special.” Explains Zelnick.

He also said that GTA Chinatown wars, the DS game, is no longer guaranteed to be released by the end of the first quarter of the 2009 fiscal year. Instead it's now promised to be released in the first half of the fiscal year which ends in April.
