This week's Japanese hardware and software sales.

Last week the PS3 sales hit an all time low for Media Create sales tracking. This week sales slipped even farther with the PS3 selling about 500 units less than the previous week. PS2 sales also fell slightly. Xbox 360 sales held steady and the PSP still dominates the sales charts, although sales are less than half of what they were last week. Last week's extraordinary PSP sales can be attributed to the launch of the new PSP-3000 model.

Japan chose a girl's fashion game over the new Castlevania. Tis a sad time we live in.
